I have "Office 365 Small Business" which I run through Outlook 2010, plus a Blackberry Bold handset. Every time I receive an email on the Blackberry, I get the original mail, plus a duplicate - so two emails on the Blackberry and one in Outlook. In addition, whenever I review an email in the Outlook inbox, the Blackberry received the same email again. I see from an initial google search that this is a problem that lots of people are experiencing - but does anyone know how to solve it?
Both accounts - on Outlook and on the BB handset were set up using Autodiscover.
