Hello, Just been on the phone for almost an hour trying to get some help from BT - had to hang up in the end. My business account has just been upgraded to Office 365 and to be honest I haven't a clue what I am doing in order to stop having to login twice. Can someone make it idiot proof for me please? Right the whole migration process for Office 36 is still ongoing, so Single Sign On is not yet available. Once all the migrations are complete, and everything is working as it should, then I believe you should be able to log in once through http://myoffice.bt.com.
For now, however, you can log directly in to your email through the following link:
https://myoffice.bt.com/emails.aspx

BT should be the only one to help you with that. Keep calling them until you get supported.
