OneBill Plus - is this another BT Joke?

Hi All,

 

I've recently, this week had BT infinity for business installed.

 

My bill asking for payment this quarter was delivered, and has been payed using fastpay.  I tried to join this to my existing billing account, but it said that as the bill was a "one bill plus" account number I would need to go to the onebill plus pages.

 

In typical BT fashion there was no link, and from what I gather it seems to be geared to large business and enterprise.

 

What am I to do? - keep getting punished by paying for a paper bill which i have no means of changing?

 

I think this is very poor handling on BT's part - implementation without thought.

 

I am almost beginning to regret having this installed as I can see a lot of hassles already. And the latest changes to office 365 aren't helping matters.

I'm trying to register for paper free bills to save the extra costs but seemingly one bill accounts cant be added to my BT billing account.  All very frustrating.

You can not use the repair fault online system when you are on onebill.
