Ongoing problem with BT Local business by Victory Communications Ltd

We are really struggling to get a response or a successful outcome after cancelling after lines due to a move abroad, an email was sent and confirmed on the 12th of February 2015 to crease around 15 lines and 3 broadband connections on the 1st of April 2015 

 

We are still receiving bills for some of the lines and only part refunds on most of the rest. Our account manager gave email assurances on the 14th of June but still no joy.

 

This situation is so frustrating I cannot believe the false promises and poor business ethics of BT local business. 

 

I really need help with this now from a senior member of staff with BT unfortunately the BT account manager will not pass their managers name.
