Outlook express email Can't receive or send from my [email protected] can anybody help

PLEASE PLEASE can anybody help I cannot receive or send emails anymore from my .......btinternet.com  I have had my account years I use outlook express  I'm not very Computer knowledgeable  YOUR help will be very much appreciated Thank you Thank you to whoever is my hero

First thing to try is to go to:    uk.mail.yahoo.com

Login using you email address in the full format:   [email protected]  and your password

If you can login then we need to check your OE settings.

If you cannot login, the you will have to call support.
