PDF downloads

I am trying to upload a PDF file to my website through the FTP server.

I have got it into the FTP files however when i try to download it from the website preview it requests my FTP password. this is no use to my customers of course.

How do i solve this problem?

Hi,

If you could give the URL to the website preview it would be easier to see what is happening.  Is the PDF file located in a directory with password protection?  It may also be in the coding of the link to your PDF document if it is an "FTP://" link.  Just my 2 cents worth  🙂
