Hi all,having problems uploading pics to my site.

Some upload then some say Error permission,i then try to

delete this pics but it wont allow me to do so ,i then get

a white box on my photo album with a red cross in a small black

box when i publish the rest of the pics.arhhh what is going on .?

Any help would be helpful to my brain.
