I've just switched phones to a Windows Phone (Nokia Lumia 520), i've tried every setting under the sun to get my @btconnect.com emails to my phone.
- Add an Account
- Other Account
- Enter email address
- Enter Password
- Sign In
Error Code 80004005
I still get the same error, can someone help me please - driving me nuts.

select manual set up and enter the following
Incoming server
Server - outlook.office365.com
port: 995
connection type – ssl
ensure that this is authorised with the full email address and password including the domain i.e.@btconnect.com
Outgoing
Server - smtp.office365.com
port: 587
connection type – tls
make sure the outgoing server requires authentication and authenticate with the same details as the incoming server
you may have to play around with startssl and starttls but this will get you your email
