PRINT INVOICE

I just want to print an invoice as shown on my initial invoice,showing VAT etc. I have wasted an hour trying to work this out and 3 pages of absolute rubbish each time I send to print.I tried to contact chat to help me "not available" then to telephone automated system and was put  to pay bills more time wasting and cost.I'm paying for a service which provides a telephone service but I can't TALK tyo anyone.

The Paperless BT system is total rubbish.

I want to know HOW TO PRINT MY BILL - ARRGHHH. My accountant will want to see copies for my end of year accounts.

How can BT provide such a disgusting service ?

How to print bill:-

Go to billing summary page the one which has your address on it.

Click on the blue bill reference number

On the right hand side written in blue in line with your address is the download this bill or print this bill (you may not be able to see it properly as mine was over written with the date it is coming out of our account so couldn't read either properly! Just click on one.  If you down load it you can print it from the down load.
