Phone line usage

I am trying to find out whether any of the phone lines into my business has been used to log onto the internet, I am being told by BT 1 bill that they can only tell me what calls have been made and not whether a phone line has had traffic other than voice calls.  Is there anyway to find out

Hi Cal348 What kind of traffic are you referring to? Is it dial up or broadband you have on your lines? This information may help other forum members answer your question. Thanks Frances Forum Moderator
