We haven't changed our account email settings at all - but a few days ago we weren't able to send emails directed to hotmail/live/outlook emails. We keep receiving the following bounceback email :- "The following addresses had permanent delivery errors" AND ALSO ADVISING:- "Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list."

 

No other issues with outgoing emails to any other addresses !

We are aware of the issue, Microsoft blacklisted our relay server, this is what is causing the issue, we have contacted them to requesat that they remove the servers IP from the blacklist, we are just waiting on this to happen.
