Napster was working fine on my Sonos music system until I upgraded to BT Business BB from Residential BB.
We had to have the new router supplied by BT. Since then Napster has not worked.
I assume that there is something that needs to be configured in the new routers built-in firewall. I see from the Sonos site that Napster uses port 443. I have tried to configure the firewall, but whatever I've done hasn't worked.
Can you help?
