Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help, i am trying to get a phone number ported forward to an email handling service for incoming faxes.
BT have refused the port forwarding request saying that i have to port all 10 phone numbers and not just the one in that group of numbers.
Strange thing is though that we only have 2 numbers with BT on this and they are on totally seperate bills?? one os for the voice line and the other is for the fax machine,
Does anyone have any idea as to what could be going on here???
