I have recently ordered a new BT busniness phone line and broadband for our new offices. We have an existing phone number held by another phone company who have a porting afgreement with BT and are happy to process things from their end once they get the request from BT.
The problem is I can't find anyone in BT sales to start this process off from the BT end. After 6 attempts I finally got to speak to a real person only to be told that our new BT number "was not on the system" and that was that. I was given a number of the porting team by the sales person (0800 783333) but that comes up as unobtainable - Great!
Calling the BT sales line is a waste of time (assuming I ever get to talk to someone), so does anyone have the contact details for the BT Business porting team please?
