Possible DNS or Forwarding Issue?

Hi,
I am a web designer, my client has a BT Business account, and a domain name hosted with BT. (littlehandssurestart.co.uk)
I have designed them a new website which is hosted with my provider (JustHost). The site is currently residing as a subdomain of mine (newwebsite.mydomain.com)
The new site is ready to go and working fine as newwebsite.mydomain.com - however I would like to point littlehandssurestart.co.uk at newwebsite.mydomain.com.
I know this is possible through Frame Forwarding etc.. But what about links on the new website, when hovered over will they display newwebsite.mydomain.com/HOME or littlehandssurestart.co.uk/HOME. This is what I am unsure of?
Do I need Frame Forwarding, DNS Re-Direct or something else? I'm unsure of what each does.
Basically I want visitors to have no idea at all they are actually on newwebsite.mydomain.com - not even when hovering over links.
I would try this myself but I cannot access the 'manage my services' section of the site. My client cancelled something last month and since then we cannot gain access.
The current BT domain name is still live and visible - http://littlehandssurestart.co.uk (It currently has a Frame Forward, pointing to a Freewebs site which works well).
Thanks in advace,
Regards,
Johnny
