Presentation Number

Hello All,

I am a med/large business with a number of ISDN30e.

I have received a request from parts of my business

to withold the presentation number, which is currently

the main switchboard number.

Does anyone know what the OfCom rules are on witholding

the presentation number anp providing a message to state

the caller witheld their number?

I have asked this question OfCom and BT and have not yet

received any feedback.

Can anyone tell me do BT offer a Type 5 contract for CLI presentation.

Also who can I contact in BT to find out more.
