Problem with answer machine on norstar featurline

Hi,

One of our answering machines (response 75) suddenly stopped taking messages recently.

I promptly ordered a replacement. This doesnt work either. The response 75 is sat on a norstar featurline network, but wont kick in to answer message mode after no-answer upon the designated number of rings.

Have tried the response 75 into our internet line and it works fine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

There could be a problem with your Norstar that might be blocking your connection for your fax. You have tried having it replaced as well?
