Problems with Microsoft 365 for small businesses.

Hi

 

I was migrated over to the lite 365 and emails worked.  I asked then asked for the full Microsoft 365 for small businesses and this is when the fun started.  BT had problems with setting it up, still waiting for them to come back with answers.  Friday I could receive my emails through Outlook 2010 and today I cannot. 

 

Would anyone have a work around I might try.  My business is heavily reliant on email.   I cannot get in through BT My Office.

Hello Dave thanks for the reply but you are wrong there is no infections at all on the PC it has been checked by the company thats looks after our web site .And just to add since my last email had another three screen shares and over the weekend failed to send two A4 documents with 50 lines of script tried three times after an hour being left to send stopped with the error message lost connection.Today is Monday 30 July and another call from BT wanting to go onto a screen share,not happening.today went to check for mail but nothing happened after a few minutes error message lost connection.This has effected our business and to add the email that failed to send I drove the 15 miles to deliver it what a joke.

Well Mr BT the 9th July and today the 30th and still having problems apart from loosing so much work by a BT personel

not happy and I know believe legal action is the only way forward

I JUST THOUGHT I WOULD ASK IF MR LIVINGSTON THE MD OF BT EVER GETS TO READ THESE EMAILS OR ANYBODY ON THE BOARD OF BT INSTEAD OF PUSHING A PEN AROUND A PAGE OR LOOKING ON THERE PC TO SEE WHAT VIRGIN OR SKY ARE DOING BECAUSE THE WAY YOU HAVE TREATED MY SMALL BUSINESSES YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL YOURSELF A TELCOM COMPANY AS YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PEOPLE LIKE ME ALL YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ARE THE CORPERATE BUSINESS WHERE YOU JUMP THROUGH HOOPS.

MAY I SAY THAT WHEN ALL THE PROBLEMS STARTED ON THE 9th JULY WITH THE NEW 365 UPDATE YOU LOST ALL MY WORK AND DATA,OK AS GOOD WILL SENT ME A CREDIT NOTE THEN FOLLOWED UP WITH PAY UP OR GET CUT OF SPOKE TO COMPLAINTS SAID DOMT WORRY I HAVE SORTED THAT AND TODAY TWO WEEKS LATER GOING TO CUT ME OFF.
