Problems with cancelling Hosting

Hi I'm hoping someone can help.
I've tried cancelling my hosting through the customer service email section, twice, after a chat advisor linked me to the contact page, and I'm still waiting for a response, my first email was way over a week ago. Do they ever intend on emailing or ringing me? Or do they expect me to ring them and wait on hold for ages, because I shouldn't have to.
Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Choose email which opens the form and explain what do you want.
