Hi,
I would like to put a separate answerphone message to the generic system voicemail box message to be picked up when a call is transferred to a specific extension line. We did have this in place, but our voicemail box broke earlier this year and when it was fixed no one knew how to set it up again.
It is something that is really important as messages need to be recorded for our accountant.
If someone could please help asap I would be appreciative!
