I think there may be some issue's at the moment, I ordered my business package over 6 weeks ago, so far I have had 2 full days WITHOUT my main business line, and I too have still to receive my router!!
This is the second package I have ordered, the first was completed without a hitch in 5 days, everything went perfectly, so I was a bit miffed when this one has turned into such a farce!

Mine has ground to a halt at the moment 6wks on, 3 attempts at trying to order Business Broadband have failed, the root cause seems to be a trial I have been on which for some reason they cannot get past, which from a technical point of view is silly-one sytem does not alk to the other, so Business Broadband do not talk to Home Broadband great eh.......after a week of being put on a dial up, which is a nice offer, trying to test my web designs is getting a real pain, but what fascniates me the most, is that BT seem to forget in all of this that this is my actual Business and whilst they are doing everything to solve it, no one thinks of the financial implications, and so I can see get that side compensated may take a while. It gets me how they can shut something off and not back on...modern technology....every time I see the Business advert with Peter Jones I wonder how much they paid him and the usage of the Gremlins.....and then just laugh.......the one Customer point of failure is not reading the notes on your account I have had two calls asking when did I place my order---after it has been treated as a formal complaint..........Business Broadband will offer me alot, but I had no issues as an ordinary consumer, since I took the fateful step it has simlpy been a nightmare.
