Hi all,
We seem to randomly lose the internet connection, we have to disconnect/unplug our machines from the router to be able to access the internet again and then after a while we can use the internet normally again. For example we lose internet access, unplug some of our servers then we regain internet access, the unplugged servers won't even be using the internet. We have several machines connected to the router and we are using the BT hub 2701HGV-C.
Does anyone has any advice or ideas what could be causing the problem? Is this a BT router issue or something else? If you need any more information please let me know. Thank you for your help.
