Hi New to this site so hope I haven't missed anything. I have problems with ESP NT System Service Launcher error messages I hav searched various sites and it appears to be an error with Cox Internet Security - written by Authenium inc who I now understand has been used in conjunction with BTs security system. I also have a problem with Keyboard Missing characters whilst on the Internet - Which apparently is linked to this error message. I earlier deleted the Authentium software not realising it was part ot BT's system. - BT Security then seemed to think my licence had expired and I lost intenet Access. I have re-booted and now can get bak onthe net, but really need to sort out this ESP NT error and the Keyboar problem as it causes real problems when acessing password protected sites and it misses characters off! HELP
