we have a versatility voice module & are trying to reprogram the auto attendant, our message gives option 6 for sales, 7 for service etc, we want to reconfiguer to 1 for sales etc, also a night service with an option to leave a message or chose option 1 which diverts to an engineers mobile-this needs to be changed on a weekly basis any ideas ?
