Thanks for the reply. This company was Louisa at 5G communications 01494 411048 or B B Expert on 01494 835724. I was told that because my connection speed was so high this was too fast for the network to cope with, hence the dropouts in connection. Sounded a bit odd to me. So I would not divulge any contract information.
