Paul, I work with bevan and unknown to him, I spoke to the publisher this morning and asked about your Nortel. He said all Nortel phones are tapi compliant (meaning they would work with dial it) but you have to get a driver from whoever you purchased your phone system from. If they charge or not is entirely up to them.
