A good way to cut down GPRS costs with email is to wifi your Office Anywhere device into your home broadband at night and leave it on Wifi overnight so when it is turned on it syncs email over bb wifi as £
0 cost.
Another method is when
visiting regular place that has wifi is to ask nicely and get their WEP key (
ie local landlord)
or even get an openzone account which is cheaper than GPRS and only update email when within range -
like mushroom says polling over GPRS costs money Vs how urgent are emails -
so maybe you need an email push email account (
they also support sync calendar and contacts such as Business Email Plus)
rather than just using POP email.
