Relaying denied!

Hello all,
I've have a problem for ages... Sometimes when a customer emails me to mydomain.com email address, they get a "relaying denied" bounce back. Any ideas? Sometimes, there's no problem at all. Very confused, never had this problem with talktalk.

Hello Ryan,

Your e-mail account associated to your domain name, is it an BT hosted one?

Is the company that sends to you use BT for their domain do you know?
