Requesting help for mobile phone issue...

Hi

I'm hoping that a moderator or someone with some BT background can help me out with an issue I'm having.

l've now sent three e-mails to BT and have not had the courtesy of a reply.

Firstly, I'm a business one-plan customer & i have landlines, broadband & mobiles through BT

i'm currently in the Dominican Republic & on arrival i received two text messages from two different contacts, i am now receiving the same messages over & over again, i now have hundreds of the same message & every time i get a new text message it comes through again & again, they're coming through at a rate of 1-2 an hour, that's a lot of messages considering I've been here five days!

I can't just call customer services because it will cost a fortune from where i am.

Any help would be much appreciated.
