I have a problem with BT Business Broadband.
I have a BT Home Hub 3 setup. It says it's connected at 3Mb+ and sometimes works but generally I cannot get a webpage up. This happens on any device with any type of connection: laptop, iPhone, iPad, wired or wireless.
When it doesn't work (most of the time), I can still ping www.google.com etc but cannot load the page for it. It's not a client issue because it happens on all devices.
If I restart the router, it SOMETIMES allows me to load pages but not always.
Line seems to be OK, with no extensions.
I haven't tried a different router yet and I fear BT customer service will say it's all fine because it connects.
Is this possibly a signal to noise ratio problem or possibly a line/exchange configuration issue?
Any help to get to the root of the problem would be very much appreciated.
