I have been using a 2Wire 2700 with a VOIP PBX on the network that uses BT Broadband Voice.

 

When i intially configured the 2Wire i went into the management console and unticked the "SIP Application Gateway" as this caused problems with the service. This was on the old firmware that was on my 2Wire and it resolved my issue.

 

Now the firware is 6.1.x.xx and i cannot find anywhere to disable this option now and it is causing me alot of issues. I need to know how i can change this setting again on this software, as i can see no management console of any kind with these options.

 

There is no scope for my to use a DMZ+ option as i have my own DHCP server on site.

Sorry to say but on the older version the management console was removed, it is still possible to get this removed but it would not be quick as it would need to go through several departments, i would call the broadband team on 0845 600 7020 and they will be able to pass you to the correct team who maybe able to help.

Edit: After some investigation i have found this is not possible but we are looking into a resolution, will update this post when i have more information.
