Is there an SLA available for One Plan customers?
I'm looking for things like NOC response times, etc.
Not trying to get anyone in trouble, I'm just trying to set expectations internally.
So if the SLA says "emails to the spoc.oneplan@bt.com address will be responded to within five (5) business days", I can say "we should get something back by next week".

Sorry for the delay in responding to your enquiry. Emails should be answered within 24 hours, if there is a delay then this can be escalated.
