Email changed to reflect Microsoft 365 and now stopped coming through on mobile. I'm not technologically minded so I don't know how to re-set the settings on my phone to allow the emails to start again.
Can anyone help me?

Hi Duncan, you probably need to update the account settings on your Galaxy. I'm am not sure with the info but you might need to call tech support on this.
They should be able to walk you through in setting up the account including smtp and pop3 servers.
In Most phones email accounts get synchronized with phone memory. Every time you must restore the phone while changing new mail id.
You will need to reinstall all apps, you'll also need to go to sync settings and make sure mail is enabled.
