After digging deep into Webcare, I’ve found out how to set up my business group’s intercom codes to correspond my telephone extensions – it’s actually surprising easy.
Log in to Webcare with your admin details:
https://www.bbv-youraccount.com/Login.jsp
Go to ‘Short codes’ - ‘add short codes’
Scroll down to ‘Add range of short codes’
Choose your range eg: 123 – 130
And you first number
0123123123
And webcare does the rest.
