Single Website Slow

Hi

 

I'm the I.T guy for a staionery company that has just had a new online ordering system. For some reason it seems that when they try and browse certain products on the online ordering system it goes very very slow and sometimes doesnt even load. The facts are:

 

1) We have tried the same test on the same website on several other lines, Sky, Andrews & Arnold, BE etc and do not have the same problem.

 

2) When we swapped the router (a 2700HGV 4201-003003-008) for a Draytek 2830 which we supply, we get no problems. BT have since installed a new router (i'm not sure of the problem but it's still happening with on of their new routers).

 

3) The web devs for the site have been trying to figure out if the problem is with the site but have so far drawn a blank.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on what might be happening?

Hi,

 

It could be a problem with the firewall on the router.  Have you tried setting it to DMZ mode to see if this helps?

Yes I did move it to the DMZ but it had 0 effect.
