Hello All,
I am a BT Business Infinity user and I have recently noticed on the BT consumer site a Minimum guaranteed speed is being provided for BT inifinity give or take a Mb, also when looking on the BT business site I should now be getting from 66Mb to 76Mb after inputting my phone and postcode details which seems in line with the consumer site.
However my router is recording a connection speed of 51Mb which leaves me at lesat 10% short of what BT is now claiming should be my minimum down speeds 😞
Any thoughts comments would greatly appearciated.

Hi MrHairy,
the speeds you see on the availability checker are only an estimate, have you been in contact with the helpdesk to get the line tested and checked to see if the line is performing as it should be?
