Smart Divert and bills which keep going up in price

we are a small charity who use Smart Divert to move the phone from one person's home to the next. we just add the new number without cancelling the old divert. Is this why our bills keep increasing ?

how do we get hold of an itemised bill please?  Wehave requested one by e-mail and by letter but I don't think it has happened yet
