We have a Snom M9 Dect VOIP phone (purchased from the BT Business Shop) and are having trouble making outgoing calls. We called the VOIP helpdesk who gave us all the relevant SIP details, username, password etc. Incoming calls work fine, just on outgoing we get an engaged like tone.
Has anyone else got snom handsets working with BT Voice. We have the BT Business 2701 hub so have the right gear !
