Hi,
I'm in the process of attempting to signup for BT Infinity, the business version, Option 2. I have a residential line as stated before. A few things I'm unsure of when signing up:
a) It asks for a company name, well, I'm not a company, so would my real name suffice?
b) It gives prices excluding VAT, which I'm not eligible for, will BT still charge me the VAT like they're supposed to?
c) I would prefer monthly billing as opposed to quarterly billing, is this possible? In addition to that I would prefer bills to be sent to me electronically, or stored on my BT account online, not via the post.

a) To enter my real name, e.g. John Doe (that's obviously not my name, just an example of what to enter)
b) VAT will be added on the bill itself
c) This can be arranged when I receive a phone call confirming everything, most likely some point tomorrow as I ordered after 3pm today
All being well I should get an engineer on the 31st, but I won't know for sure until I've had this phone call I was told about. It did allow me to choose that date though. I wasn't expecting an installation date quite that soon, I was expecting to wait between 2 to 3 weeks.
What were the answers?
It might help others later on.

Received an email this morning, sadly the appointment date is now the 8th June :(. I haven't received a phone call yet though, or my password, just the initial details and username/email address. Email says I'll get the password in the next email following that.
