it is Russian spam, you have probably somehow managed to get your email address on a Russian spam list. BT's spam filters will probably not pick it up due to the fact it will not contain the normal keywords associated with spam that it is looking for.

Not sure you can do all that much other than set up an Outlook rule to pick up some of the characters it is using.

In case you were wondering what it means, according to Google translate:

Legal assistance on:

Family disputes:
- Divorce suits
- Division of Property

Determination of place of residence of the child:
- Collection of funds for contracts, accidents
- Disputes with insurance companies
- Administrative offenses
- Legal assistance organizations

Protection of copyright and related rights, including the Internet.

Provide oral and written advice, preparation of submissions to the court and public authorities, representation in court.

Reasonable prices.
