Hi,
Having a major issue sending emails.
We have two mail addresses, both hosted on two different servers:
info@nefynholidays.co.uk
info@cottagesnorthwales.co.uk
Both addresses won't send to Hotmail addresses as they are bounced back.
However, I cannot send out ANY MAIL AT All from the second address as it says:
"An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: Your IP address is on the XBL blacklist! Sending denied.
For further information and delisting procedure,
please see http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=86.170.20.131."
I have a dynamic ip address, restart the router each morning, but the issue persists. Today, my ip address is 86.170.20.131 which is not in the range specified on Spamhaus.
When I look up the Spamhaus page it says,
"86.168.0.0/14 is listed on the Policy Block List (PBL)
Outbound Email Policy of BT Retail for this IP range:
It is the policy of BT Retail that unauthenticated email sent from this IP address should be sent out only via the designated outbound mail server allocated to BT Retail customers."
Any ideas?
Hi,
Unfortunately, I still cannot send out emails as it still says I'm on the XBL even though my dynamic ip address is now changed.
My machine is virus/trojan/malware free, so I Just don't understand this at all.
Via Thurnderbird.
Just discovered that when I send via webmai, I have no issues.
