I'm using WiFi Link Driver (Version 13.0.0.107) and getting the BSOD. When I try and run the patch is says "A compatible client is not installed".
Is this patch specficially for version 12.4.4.5?
I get this issue on a Lenovo W500 running Windows XP SP3 with BT Connection Manager v1.98.0.0
The network drivers are all the latest versions for a type 4063 laptop as published at the Lenovo website, and the same dongle works on a T41 running at the same software level.
Unfortunately, the BT support I received claimed that no similar issues had been reported and that they couldn't do anything about it...
Is there a patched btomonwi.dll available for the connection manager version mentioned above?
There's a new version of the patch that works with the latest BT Access Manager (1.9.91.0) at:
http://accessmanager.btcm.info/client/patch/am_intel_wifi_12_4_4_5_patch.exe
The patch for the latest version of BT Connection Manager (1.4.98.0) is at:
http://connectionmanager.btcm.info/client/patch/cm_intel_wifi_12_4_4_5_patch.exe
Is there any way to silently install the am_intel_wifi_12_4_4_5_patch.exe patch.
