Stuck Adsl2+ At 8128 download

Hi we have a business line that has been upgraded to 20 meg on the 24/09/2010.

I have restet the router a few times today and it always syncs at 8128 download which seems to be the old 8meg adsl cap.

 

The SNR is 29.8 down and 30.8 up

The attn 13.5   down and 6.3   up

 

But the Rate is 8128 Down and 443 up

 

I wonder if any admins can have a look and see if this can be fixed if you need any extra infomation please e-mail me on the account email or repily to this thred

Have you ever received faster speeds than 8mb after your Upgrade date as they may not have upgraded you yet, simple call to the customer service desk should resolve the issue
