I can see on many other ecommerce websites the facility for customers to add their own review of a product. I think this would be a great feature to include in the eShop package. Potential customers now use independent reviews as a major part of the decision process.
I'm using the eShop standard package. I know the eShop Elite has a product rating feature but I doubt this is sufficient. Reviews also keep the page fresh with lots of new content for Google to get stuck into. All with little effort on the part of the merchant!
