I was interested in switching from business broadband to residential as btvision is not available to business customers. since the bt website gives no advice for business broadband customers who want to switch to residential, I was wondering if anybody knew what to do? Apart from spending hours on the phone to the call centre. Thanks in advance

I believe they have a Live Chat option. Go to http://myoffice.bt.com, click on Contact Us, and then on Contact Us again on the next page.
There should be a link for cancellations.
Bear in mind that BT's ISPs (e.g. Business and Residential) are separate, so you have to transfer in the same way you would between any other two providers.
