Hi I am an electrician, when working in a commercial premise I have found that all phones are not working after I isolated the supply to work and test installation. However the consumer unit was not labelled up with telephone lines etc. I have however found a store cupboard with a BT box thats all the phones seem to go back to that is linked to the circuits I have isolated. Is there a reset procedure when power is switched on and off from the box?
