How on earth do you manage to contact someone in authority or
register a complaint with this lot?
The only thing they give on the web site for complaints is a
phone number and when you eventually get through to someone you get told they
don't have a complaints department and you should you use the web!
Can anyone give me a way of getting through to someone who has
some ability to resolve problems? Placing orders and getting install dates is
easy but when they fail to materialise time after time they all stop responding
so I am hoping someone who has been through this may have some helpful
suggestions.

Although, I have only just written to them yesterday so I don't know how long they will take to reply . . . if at all!!
