Three different answers to one question; Can I have my pac code for my mobile please?
a) Of course, email spoc.oneplan@bt.com and we'll reply to you. Can't activate it without you sending an email first.
b) Of course, what's your email address? We'll send it to you within 48 Hours
c) I could give it over to you over the phone, it's not my department.
Disturbing that all three answers came from separate BT staff on three separate calls between 1pm and 4pm on 23/02/10.
I am no wiser as to what will actually happen or for that matter when it may happen.
Frustrated
How's about this one. I asked if I could cancel one of our accounts:-
Answer 1 "You have just renewed this account"
Answer 2 "This account has 12 months to run etc"
Answer 3 "This account is not in contract and you can cancel by etc etc"
Baffled (and frustrated)!
dah1970 and vglltd, apologies for this confusion. Can you confirm that you are both BT Business customers? Rather than BT residential?
