My company has 2 adjacent buildings, but we are moving out of one of them shortly. We have 100 DDI range into that building used for inbound faxes, on 2xISDN2s (BRI), they are connected to a fax card on a PC server.
Next door we have an ISDN30 carrying a 500 DDI range used for Voice which terminates on our switch.
I would like to move the 100 DDI range off the ISDN2s and onto the ISDN30 next door so that I can maintain the inbound fax numbers in the remaining building - can anyone tell me what kind of BT order this would require and roughly how long it would take (bearing in mind no physical circuit changes are required).
Both buildings are on the same local exchange.
Hi lbk, I think you need to contact the sales this here. You should be given a propsal on the best route on doing this. Good luck.
