Transfer domain out of bt

Hi there.

I am trying to transfer my Domain out of BT and in to Moonfruit purely because I can work the site builder there better. 

Everytime I click "Transfer away" and type the details in I get a message saying,

 

"Thank you,

The transfer process has been activated and a representative will be in touch shortly."

 

I keep checking my emails for this "representative" and nobody is contacting me.

I really need this domain transfer to be done soon.
